ZETLAND TERRACE

SCOPE OF WORKS | INTERIOR + LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

" Reworking the stair case was the most rewarding intervention. The perforated steel insert allowed light filtration into what was once a dark living space "

- Yasmine

This refurbishment took a dilapidated heritage listed terrace and modernized wet areas,  created a new self contained studio with en suite above the new garage and added two additional bathrooms to the original single. The external facade and internal fireplace were the only period features retained. Custom joinery was designed for generous amounts of storage. The property was immediately leased once construction was complete.
